FergusonRandallPhoto.jpg Mr. Ferguson is a partner who has maintained a varied practice for over 30 years in both the state and federal trial and appellate courts. The emphasis in his practice has been on personal injury, employment related matters, insurance law, construction law and complex litigation. Mr. Ferguson was in insurance defense litigation in excess of 20 years and now represents both plaintiffs and defendants. He routinely provides counsel with respect to personal injury, employment discrimination, wage and hour, workers compensation and contract matters. His experience also includes ERISA fiduciary issues and labor issues.

After completing his degree in economics in 1968 at the University of Tennessee, Mr. Ferguson then served three years in the United States Army before attending law school at the University of Tennessee. In 1974, he was licensed to practice law and is admitted to all state trial courts and federal district courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Tennessee, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Ferguson is a charter member of the American Employment Law Council and is a Nashville Bar Association fellow.

Mr. Ferguson has been happily married for over 35 years and is a proud grandfather. He is active in his community and church and enjoys golf, racquetball  and handball.
