JenningsJanPhoto.jpg After Mr. Jennings earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1967, he joined the General Electric Company where he worked in a series of managerial positions which included responsibility for union and employee relations. After graduation from the University of Tennessee College of Law, Mr. Jennings practiced in Atlanta, Georgia for a number of years prior to relocating to Nashville, Tennessee in 1979.

During the past several years, Mr. Jennings has devoted most of his professional work to legal matters involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and other laws as they relate to health and welfare or pension plans. Mr. Jennings has provided a range of legal services to numerous health and welfare or pension plans throughout the Southeast and Southwest United States along with their Trustees, and has represented third-party administrators of ERISA plans. He has also provided personal representation to political and labor leaders throughout the South.
