Branstetter, Stranch & Jennings, PLLC Workers' Compensation Practice Group is comprised of attorneys with significant Workers' Compensation experience litigating on behalf of persons injured in the course of employment. Our attorneys have participated at every level of the Workers' Compensation process in Tennessee, including hearings before the Benefits Review Commission, lawsuits in Circuit and Chancery Court, and appeals before the Special Workers' Compensation Panel of the Tennessee Supreme Court. In addition to standard work-related injury claims under Tennessee law, our firm has also represented injured workers in Workers' Compensation discrimination and retaliation claims.
